Spring Break at the Knapp House

Ahh... spring break! An entire week with Ava, and already 3 weeks of work down - 10 to go! With the beautiful weather these past few days, Ava and I have been enjoying trips to the park, (see picture above from our picnic at the park yesterday), walks on nearby trails, and a little shopping. The only thing missing is Daddy! Tim is in D.C. this week for a training, and we both miss him and are looking forward to having him home Thursday night. I've included both pictures and video clips from the past few weeks, since it's been awhile since we've posted.

I just love to chomp on my toes!

Getting ready to go on a walk with Aunt Alyssia! Ava got to spend a whole week with Lys while I was back at work. Thanks, Lyssers... we miss you!

Looking so cool in her new sunglasses. At first Ava didn't notice they were on and didn't try to take them off. That lasted about a week, and now she'd prefer to chew on them instead of wear them!

Blowing "raspberries" - her new favorite thing to do!

Ava and Grandma spending time together my first full week back at work. Thanks for being here, Mom! We love and miss you!

Clip #1: Ava enjoying her "Jumperoo" and letting the spit fly!

Clip #2: We like to call this second clip, "The Anticipation." It's so cute how Ava squeals just waiting for Tim to tickle her. :)

Steph, those pictures are adorable. Little Ava is growing so fast. It must be hard going back to work without her. You are a good mom who really loves her little girl. That is all that matters!
